The Sunday Sermon - Rev. Jim Returns

Just like Jesus on Easter, the Rev. Jim and The Sunday Sermon are back!

That's right, the Rev has stepped back into the pulpit and he's ready to throw. He's more fired up than ever and he's brought along some friends. Stop stuffing your face with Peeps for five minutes and listen to what the man has to say!

Take a moment on this fine Easter Sunday (I'm serious, put down the chocolate bunny) and help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley. Thanks.

Story Time with Twisted Jim - The Internet Song

It's great to be free from my shackles and back with an all new Story Time with Twisted Jim. Tonight is a cautionary tale about the world of broadband Internet. So, listen close kids and learn how the Internet really works.

I want to thank everyone who has been so supportive during the last week. Hopefully, this will make you laugh and say to yourself, "This is what Jim is doing now that he's unemployed! Get a job, loser!"

Maybe, if you help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley, I can entertain you full-time. Ha, who am I kidding? At least I can dream.

The Tuesday Sermon - Farewell

As I say goodbye to The Tuesday Sermon, I wish to thank anyone who listened and took anything I said seriously... sucker!

I also want to thank Scott & Steph for coercing me into this, Tyson, Derek & Laura for encouraging it, my wife, kids, sister & parents for supporting it, Dave & Renee for tolerating it and Tricky Dick's speech writers for the help. I'm sure my condemnation will be swift and severe.

You can still take a moment to help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley, because, Story Time with Twisted Jim is still around.

The Tuesday Sermon - The Easter Spin

Thank you, National Geographic Society for dumping the Gospel of Judas into my lap so close to Easter. Otherwise, the Easter version of The Tuesday Sermon would have never been possible.

If you haven't already, take a moment to help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley, because, like everyone, I need some positive reinforcement to realize my self-worth.

The Tuesday Sermon - God is an American

In tonight's Tuesday Sermon I finally talk about Scientology, Mormons and my search for an American religion. I'm a Reverend in search of a denomination.

If you haven't already, take a moment to help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley, because I'm tired of the same people getting top honors month after month.

Story Time with Twisted Jim - Suburbia

I normally get all artsy-fartsy on people when talking about this story's social relevance. Too bad, they always believe tonight's Story Time with Twisted Jim is simply another of my sexual fantasies.

The Tuesday Sermon - Spreading Out the Message

After a month of nearly getting cancelled and malicious hackers trying to silence Reverend Jim, The Tuesday Sermon is here. A new theme song, a new attitude... Today, I will do something new! (Isaiah 43:19)

Story Time with Twisted Jim - Statistics Don't Lie

What a difference two weeks makes. I'm back with one of my favorite stories for tonight's Story Time with Twisted Jim. Unfortunately, this is the one Twisted Mom doesn't like so much. So, Mom, don't click on the link!

The Sunday Sermon - Cartoon Violence

I'm gonna be pissed if the recent unrest leads to even less violence in cartoons. This week's Sunday Sermon is dedicated to the people that think it's okay to be religiously ignorant. Making fun of what you don't understand, though instinctual, can only lead to hurt feelings (and people dying for no reason).

If you haven't already, take a moment to help vote me into the Top 100 Podcasts at Podcast Alley. It will make me feel better.

Story Time with Twisted Jim - The Last Hundred Yards

I hope you enjoy tonight's Story Time with Twisted Jim. This is a brand new story, written days ago. So, take it easy on me. If all you're asking yourself at the end of this one is, "Why'd he have to kill a dog?" Then, you missed the point.

The Sunday Sermon - Super Sunday

The Sunday Sermon was preempted by the Super Bowl, which got me to thinking. Is God's marketing dollar being well-spent?

The Sunday Sermon - Qualifications Unnecessary

The Sunday Sermon asks the question: Why are we letting musicians, comedians, newscasters and filmmakers force-feed us our politics? Then again, why are we letting politicians act?

I thought about skipping The Sunday Sermon this week. But what kind of example would that be setting for the new boy in my house? So, enjoy what happens when I'm too tired to try hard and too stubborn to blow it off.
